After an important donation from the Spanish city of Baena, the commune of San Carlos was able to acquire the old house of the Parra Sandoval family to build a Museum in honor of Violeta Parra Sandoval, which was inaugurated on October 4, 2015. The infrastructure preserves the colonial style of the original house but is modernized to make your visit a unique experience, where Violeta's life is reflected in every corner of the place.
